Beetles (sub. Zoology)
Beetles come in many shapes and sizes. Nearly half of all described insects species are classified as beetles, and overall there are about 400,000 known species of beetles.
Beetles are important for the ecosystem, some being decomposers, while others spread pollen from flower to flower, or protect plants by eating the bugs that feed on them.
This collection can easily be mixed and matched with our Still Life or Fungi collection.
